Serhii Tokarev, IT investor and co-founder of Roosh, continues his mission to invest in the development of technological education in Ukraine. He noted that the first season of the AI for Ukraine project attracted the attention of a wide audience and allowed participants to master advanced skills in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning. In 2023, AI HOUSE and Roosh, in response to the success of last year’s initiative, have once again organized a series of lectures and master classes featuring leading experts from global tech giants such as Amazon and IBM.
As Serhii Tokarev said, the heart of the AI for Ukraine project—raising funds to support the Ukrainian military—remains a top priority, emphasizing the importance of social responsibility in technology.
It is expected that thanks to joint efforts and focused work on expanding the knowledge base in the field of artificial intelligence, Ukrainian specialists will be able to create innovative solutions that can compete in the global technology arena.
The organizers of the second season of AI for Ukraine emphasize the versatility and relevance of the lectures and seminars for anyone interested in these areas. The event series strives to make technically complex concepts accessible and understandable to the general public, opening the door to new opportunities and knowledge.
Although the initiative is absolutely free, participants can make contributions of any amount.
The AI for Ukraine initiative in its first season, held in 2022, raised significant funds in the amount of 320,000 hryvnia, which were donated to the Come Back Alive charity foundation. Registration for participation in the event is open, and everyone can fill out the form on the official website of the project. After registration, participants will have access to announcements and links to speaker presentations, which will be sent by email.
According to Serhii Tokarev, modern technologies provide unique opportunities for improving data processing and analysis processes. As part of AI for Ukraine, scheduled for November 15, Gael Varoquo from INRIA will give an in-depth lecture on learning relational data representations to automate data preparation. The speaker will focus on data analysis and preparation using machine learning, demonstrating how to effectively manage data and use advanced technologies to optimize processes.
Participants will gain a better understanding of the latest technologies and techniques being used to simplify complex data processes and how they can apply this knowledge in practice. Open to all and available in English post-broadcast, key concepts are easy to learn and understand for those looking to deepen their knowledge of data analytics and machine learning.
Serhii Tokarev and AI HOUSE strive to create an enabling environment for young entrepreneurs and developers, helping them unlock their potential in the field of artificial intelligence and innovative technologies.
The seminar, which will be held on November 29 with the participation of Victoria Oleynik from the University of Oxford, will mark a new stage in the development of the AI community. Participants of the event will be able to master the skills of working with content created using artificial intelligence and learn methods of protection against unsafe content. This will provide participants with the opportunity to develop the skills needed to work effectively in a rapidly changing information environment.
